A Wellness Brand Without a Manufacturing Partner

An emerging wellness brand wanted a travel neck massager for young professionals: portable, quiet and styled like an accessory. They had the concept but no route from design iterations to production-quality housings.

Key challenges
Concept Had to Look Production Ready

Every design round had to survive review by non-engineers and still be manufacturable.

Housings needed ABS-like durability plus a transparent PC window for the display area.

Visible surfaces had to pass sand blasting, painting and UV coating without defects.

From Industrial Design to Production Parts

Industrial design, prototyping, production and quality control ran inside one team, so each design round fed directly into the next manufacturing step.

FDM parts validated ergonomics and the internal layout before any tooling decision.

CNC Machined Structural Parts

Housings and internal parts were machined from ABS and PC stock to check fit and finish.

Surface Finishing and Quality Control

Sand blasting, painting and UV coating were applied and inspected before assembly.

A Product Ready for Its Launch

The final components matched the design intent and went into production as a complete product.

One Team From First Sketch to Shipment

Because design, prototyping and production sat with the same team, material and finishing decisions were made once and carried through to the final housings.
